Does Deluxe Turbotax for 2016 have Capital Gains schedules?

I looked at Costco version of Deluxe and it made no mention of Capital Gains forms, only the Premier version had it.

Yes, all the Desktop CD/Download programs have all the same forms. You just get more help in the higher versions.
