Wrong delete form confirmation message

I have a problem and I am trying to delete a form, however when clicking delete a confirmation with a different form comes up. Will I be deleting the right form? it only happens with one of my properties. Most likely a bug but I am stuck here, I cannot file my taxes

Which form are you trying to delete and which form is showing to be deleted?
