Why do the cleaning/maintenance and supply expenses I enter for a rental property show up as lower values than what I originally entered?
The house is my residence and I live in it when it isn't rented. The cleaning, maintenance, and supply costs I'm entering are 100% associated with the rental days.

You should be entering 100% annual costs. You get the percentage of rental use. If you are entering only the rental costs, the percentage is being applied to them and that is why the full amount is not being shown.
