why are none of the capital one transactions showing in my deductions?

Capital one credit card is in list of accounts but i get an error message (4000) saying try again later.

I don’t see Capital One in the import  partner list.  What deductions are you trying to import from a credit card ?  Itemized deductions on Schedule A or business expenses on Schedule C?

Do you mean this Expense Monitor.  Looks  like you connect your credit card to it then it imports to your tax return.
