Where do I enter Interest on US Savings Bonds?
To enter interest earned on US Savings Bonds:
- Type in 1099-int the search box, top right of your screen, then click the magnifying glass
- Click the jump to 1099-int link in the search results
- Follow to prompts and online instructions
Arrive at the Let's get your 1099-INT or brokerage statement details page
Check the box My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon)
Enter savings bond interest in box #3 Saving Bonds and treasury int

Where do I enter Interest on US Savings Bonds?
How do we declare income via savings bond(s) interest if we have never cashed any of the bond(s) and thus have no FEIN?
