When I try to import from Fidelity Inv, TT indicates that I need to sign into Intuit, but then I get a blank screen so I can't sign in or connect to Fidelity. Ideas?

One of our users @RichieR1  has a great workaround to import using multiple accounts here. Please try this, to see if it works for you.
If that doesn't work, please try a different browser like Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome. We don't know what system you are using, but many people have been successful using Microsoft Edge. If you are still experiencing issues, please let us know the system you are using to better assist you.

You can also enable 3rd party data sharing in the services tab if you haven't done so at this time. Try clicking "edit" next to "third party data sharing" and then click "yes."

@KatrinaLO What software or website are you talking about for 3rd party data sharing?  I don't see a services tab for either TT Desktop or my browser.  Do you mean on Fidelity.com?

Yes, this would be on Fidelity.com.  In addition, please see our Help Article which provides more troubleshooting steps for importing your 1099.

In my case, the Fidelity Inv. login box did appear, but either there was no typing cursor or the cursor appeared and disappeared. I tried changing to different resolutions, as suggested in this discussion thread, but the result is still the same. Is anybody having similar problems? BTW, I am on macOS Big Sur 11.7.4

I figured it out, it was fidelity website compatibility issue. Its login window would appear but wouldn’t allow input cursor on either user-I’d or password box on macOS Big Sur 11.7.4 regardless of resolution. I ended up typing in the information for now.

I will say this that using edge browser Worked for the import form Fidelity as of 03/15/2024
