What is a Federal ID for stock sales required for the Oklahoma capital gains exclusion?

I was not an Oklahoma resident at any time in 2024. I had some Oklahoma income. My capital asset sold was not Oklahoma income.

On the non-resident OK return with capital gains you enter zero. What are you seeing and in which area of the program?
