Turbotax is forcing me to enter a date acquired for a stock, but my tax form says VARIOUS

On the TurboTax screen in the Sales Info section for that investment, for date acquired it says "Select the information you see in Box 1b", and it gives you 2 choices:   The date the investment was acquired, or "something other than a date."

If you choose "something other than a date," then that question expands a bit, and it asks "What do you see in Box 1b?"    There is a dropdown menu in which you can choose "Various (or more than one date."
