My principal residence is a condo in new jersey, does that qualify as containing more than one unit? There are 124 units in the complex.

The property that you own is only one unit. The fact that it's in a complex with other units doesn't matter. Your principal residence is only the one unit that you own. It does not contain any of the other units. For the New Jersey property tax deduction or credit, you should not check the box that says your principal residence contained more than one unit.
