is this the correct code for Residential Real Estate?
Your "Lookup a Business" feature results in code 531100, however the IRS gives a different code 531110:

I am tempted to go with the IRS here.

The business code referenced in TurboTax is correct for a Schedule C, Profit or Loss from Business (sole proprietorship). 

The document you referenced shows business codes for Form 1065 – US Return of Partnership Income.

Choose the correct business code based on the form you are filing.
