Turbo Tax didn't generate the necessary Schedule B for cashed in US Savings bonds using the accural interest reporting method. How do I get a Schedule B?

Turbo Tax didn't generate the necessary Schedule B for cashed in US Savings bonds using the accural interest reporting method. How do I get a Schedule B?  I entered as an adjustment the amount of previously reported interest and checked the box that I had previously reported interest.  No schedule B.

Schedule B is only generated if total interest and dividends are more than $1500.
