Reporting Investments (Stocks) Sale

When entering the sale of Stocks (granted through a NQSO) information, I'm not allowed to enter the Selling Price per share (It shows the "Selling Price Per Share" line but there is not a box to allow me to enter it). Does some one has an idea as to why?

I'm having the same issue entering the price for ISO stock sales - any resolution yet?
