I am filing a CA non Resident and Utah resident.
99% of my income was made in CA
However a small portion was made on my rental in Utah.
Turbo Tax is not adding the Rental income to my Utah tax return.
In addition the numbers on my CA non resident tax return don't match my W2

If you are a Resident of Utah, all your income is reported on your UT return. In the Utah interview, you are asked what amounts of tax you paid to another state, so you are not double-taxed.
You should prepare your California Non-Resident return first, and you may want to check the amounts of State Wages/Tax Withheld on your W-2 to be sure they are split correctly, if they show Income/Tax to both CA and UT.
Generally, if all your work is performed outside CA, you don't need to file a CA return (even if employer is in CA). Here's more info Non-Resident of CA Taxes.

Here are my responses.
Because of where my clients are my company requires I have a CA address and wages are paid in CA
I did do the CA return first. but the income amounts in the CA return don't match what is in the federal return or my W2's
The Utah tax return has nowhere that I can find to adjust the income.
The W2's only have CA income. my only income in Utah is the rental.
Utah allows for a tax credit for taxes paid to other states instead of a deduction of income earned in other states. Your Utah income on your return will be all of your income from CA and UT since you are a resident of UT. You would need to visit the credit section of your Utah return to enter the amount of taxes you pay to CA.
In order to claim the credit, you would fill out form TC-40S. If you cannot find the credit as you walk through the interview section of TurboTax, you can use the jump to link and search for form TC-40S.
