Make sure you are completing the section all the way to the end so that TurboTax is capturing your input. Also please the following steps to clear any hidden data you though was gone from your device before working on that section again.

TurboTax has implemented a new undocumented rule to suppress certain details you entered.
(Box A/D with no adjustments).
This is supposed to be a feature but it is a bug.
You can choose to itemize those transactions but the rule has you stymied.
If the totals are correct, you can file.
