For personal Use Tax, if you use the Safe Harbor, do you need to list items under 1000$?

Currently going through all Amazon purchases for the year and finding any that didn't pay the full Sales Tax. I would like to save a lot of time by only adding things 1000$ or more.

Sales and Use tax are a state thing. You have not said what state you are in, so there is no way anybody could tell you what the rules are or if there is any Safe Harbor or $1000 minimum or anything else.
