When you click the down arrow under your entry on the Investments page, you will get a page to check for the entry you want to Edit, and click on the pencil icon. The original entry screen should then open.
If you're using TurboTax Desktop, you could edit directly on the form in FORMS mode if the pencil icon is not responding.
In TTO, you may want to try clearing your Cache and Cookies and returning to that section.
