No. This is not an expense that can be deducted on your personal return. The tuition and fees that were taken as an adjustment on your 1040 have been eliminated and this would not fall under any category that is deductible. Since this was an educational expense for personal use even under the tuition and fees it would be questionable whether or not you could deduct.
