I was able to eFile my taxes today as well.  Looks like it's fixed.

Yes, I can also confirm it is now fixed. You don't need to create a balance sheet or send in paper for California.

Make sure you Online->Check for Updates if it is already running.

I'm also  in a check loop for CA Form 568, but for a different reason.  I would like to e-file my 2021 Part-Year Resident CA State Tax WITHOUT e-filing CA form 568 because I've already submitted the final filing and received official confirmation.  TurboTax refuses to allow my check of the box to not e-file 568 because it doesn't meet the criteria (shown below it) for not e-filing.  My situation is not listed in that criteria.
