A rental property was sold on 11/19 after the tenants moved out on 7/31. What should be for "Days rented"? If not "365", are the rental expenses reported 100%?

Enter the days it was ACTUALLY rented.

If there was no personal use of the home, the number of days will not alter your deductions regardless of how many days you enter.  If there was personal use of the home, the personal days versus the days ACTUALLY rented will prorate things.

Days rented are the number of days in the year the rental was AVAILABLE for rent even if not rented.

Yes, rental expenses are 100% deductible despite the number of days rented being less than 365.
