It is my first time reporting my stocks. What program is best? I used deluxe last year.

If you are using TurboTax Online version, you will need at least TurboTax Premier for stocks (sale of) and Form 1099-B. The Deluxe Online version will not allow entry for sale of stock. 

If you decide to use the desktop version, you can use Deluxe but, Premier will still be the recommended one since it offers more guidance when entering sale of your stock. You can find desktop versions here TurboTax CD/Download software
