I am using TurboTax premier on my desktop, windows 11.
I have already successfully imported 1099s from Edward Jones.
Schwab documents are available for import according to their website. When I follow TurboTax's directions, to import from Schwab, I am told TurboTax has my data and I can go back to TurboTax. TurboTax shows no sign of the import or any data. There is no error message.
I need a fix, as there are far too much data to put in manually.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

That's exactly what I have done, 3 or 4 times. The process leads to the "we've got your data and you can go back to TurboTax" message. But TT shows nothing - not that I've imported from Schwab under import history nor under the dividends, nor under anything else.
The answer was really simple. Use a different browser. It worked, but it shouldn't be necessary.
THANK YOU...I was having the same problem. Switched to Edge from Brave and it worked.
Where do I see " select schwab"??? Why is TT continually a huge pain to deal with???
Please feel free to contact Customer Support so you can speak with a TurboTax representative who can assist you.
