If we filed a K-1 form in previous years, from an Investment Bank, don't we need to continue? We haven't received the K-1 yet.

If you haven't received your K-1 you may need to contact your bank to make sure they have mailed the form out or to learn how to access the form online (assuming the bank does that sort of thing).
