IF you didn't sell any of the stock you received due to the vesting of the RSU and did not receive a 1099-B THEN you don't need to enter that amount ANYWHERE.

The Box 14 entry in this case is strictly a "memo" item; it's telling you how much compensation created by the vesting is included in Box 1 of your W-2.

If you did sell some of that stock and did receive a 1099-B then the sale is entered using the "Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other" interview, an interview that's not available in "online" versions until you move up to Premier.  The Box 14 amount reported on the W-2 helps you determine your per share basis in the stock.
