No, that is considered rental income.  You will report the rental income on Schedule E.

To enter your rental income  in TurboTax follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account if it is not open
  2. Enter Schedule E in the search box
  3. Click Jump to schedule E in the results box
  4. On the page Did you have any income from rentals or royalties? Check Yes.
  5. Select the Box for Rental property on the page What are you here to report?
  6. Follow the screen prompts to enter your rental information
