I don't know where to enter a sale from a spin off from PPL to TLN. I received a check for the sale of all my TLN stocks but did not get any forms relating to the sale.

In TurboTax you go to:

Federal Taxes

Wages & Income

Investments

Stocks, Mutual Funds, bonds, other 

Report it here.

You will need to know sales price (check amount), sales date (date of check), purchase date and purchase price.

Usually they give you some information on this in a spin-off. You may call them or the broker.  they don't give tax advice but may give you some helpful information.
