If you have rented it in the past, and may rent it in the future, you may have depreciation of asset numbers from prior years which you would like to keep.
To keep those records, select No and check the box I did not rent, nor attempt to rent, this property at all in 2022.
If you do not have a rental property and wish to delete that section, you can delete the Schedule E from the return.
To delee a duplicate form, you can use Delete Forms

@TeresaM if you check that specific box, the program will force you to delete the SCH E and you'll lose all of the history to include depreciation and PAL carry overs.
In the past, the program would not accept zero days rented. If that's still true (I haven't checked that particular quirk) then putting 1 day rented and showing zero income works fine.
All this of course, is assuming the owner was actually trying to rent the property 2022.
