Solved: I am selling a rental property this year. I expect to gain about 100K from the sale. Is there a way to not to pay capital gains on that sale? Can I reinvest the money?

<P>This property is inherited from my parents in January 2018. I plan to sell it within this calendar year. Can I do anything with this money to avoid paying capital gains taxes? Reinvest in my primary home? Purchase another rental property? If not, how would I calculate the capital gain tax and set it aside?</P>
