How do i remove the claim for a capital loss?

If you are referring to the capital loss carryover, follow the steps below to remove it:

1. From the left pane, select Federal, then Wages & Income.
2. Scroll down and select the Show more dropdown to the right of Investments & Savings 
3. Select  Start or Revisit to the right of Capital Loss Carryover
4. On the  Here's what we have page, select the Edit link on the right
5. Make any changes necessary, then select Continue
