Are you in Minnesota? If you are, you can file a form called M1PR with the state of MN. It is completely separate from the regular MN return, & the due date for filing the M1PR is August 15, 2017.

I just e filed my mom's final tax return as she passed away last year. I filled out form 1310. Do I need to send in with a death certificate or does this filing suffice?
