The Form 1099-MISC is an informational return. It simply allows you (and the IRS) know how much a particular entity paid you. You can divide the 1099-MISC and report the correct portion of rental income on each property. The only thing that must happen is that you must report at least the same amount of gross rent as was reported on your 1099-MISC.
