How and where do I document the sale of a rental property in Premier Turbo Tax?

Indicate you sold the property in the Property Profile subsection and Assets/Depreciation subsection of the Rental Properties and Royalties section.

How and where do I document the sale of a rental property in Premier Turbo Tax?

If it was a rental in the year of sale then you will report the sale in the Sch E section of the program ONLY ... do not also report the sale in any other section of the program.
