Clear the tax return and start over so that your 2019 tax data can transfer to the 2020 return.
If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2020 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.
How positive are you that this will work? I have entered ALL of my other tax return information so this will not be a small feat...
And...all of my other 2019 Tax information is there. It is just the Schedule E that has an issue

There is not a 100% guarantee this will correct the problem. But if you want the Schedule E to be correct and you cannot enter anything on the schedule, then the best way to solve the problem is to clear and start over.
Otherwise you can try clearing cache and cookies on your web browser. Close the browser and re-open then access your online account again. Failing this, try changing the web browser. Failing that, clear and start over.
Yeah, I already cleared cookies/cache, tried using a different browser. Was hoping there was another way 🙂
I shall clear and see if that fixes it.
Thank you
So I went in to clear/start over...and now the form displays. After more than a month of clicking on it and it not displaying.
I feel very lucky today 🙂
Glad that it worked out for you...Good Luck
