Good Morning. Due to my husbands and my income now being over 150k we can no longer deduct our rental losses. Do I need to still include the information in our return?
If I do not, how can I change my filing package from Premier to another one?

Yes. You absolutely will include the SCH E reporting all income, and all expenses. You will still "claim" everything. But the program will know based on your MAGI, what is "allowed". Your reporting requirement doesn't change.

You may have a carry forward passive activity loss. You definitely want to keep track of these from year to year as in some future year you may be able to offset a gain, use the loss if your income drops. And once you completely dispose of the property, the accumulated losses, if any, are fully released regardless of your income that year.
