For long term capital gains, do Turbo Tax always use and fill out the Qualified Dividends and Capital Gains Tax Worksheet? if yes, could you indicte where to find it? I dont see it in the forms being e-filed.

The worksheet is not included with the tax returns being filed.  The worksheet will be included in the PDF that you can view and download when you request all forms and worksheets using Print Center.

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  See screenshot

This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
