My employer granted restricted shared vested 3 time during year, but i didn't sell any of these stocks. Do i need to report these for AMT ? I didn't get form 3921 either

RSU's are typically taxed as compensation at the time of vesting and are automatically reported on your W-2. See this for more details:
Thanks for answer.
Yes - employer sold stock to cover taxes and i guess if not enough taxes were collected, it would show up in tax bill during taxes, right?
Also do i need to enter anything in turbo tax for amt?
If a portion of your Restricted stock or RSUs was withheld to pay the tax, you may not have anything to report. However, if the shares/units were distributed to you, and then sold to pay the tax, you would need to report the sale. The broker dealer handling the transaction would have sent you a Form 1099-B to report that sale. When that happens, it is often necessary to adjust the cost basis reported by the broker to account for the fact that the full amount of the award was included in your earnings in box 1 of your W-2.
