Do I include my 1099-MISC income for leasing pine straw from our trees, as Rental income from the rental of real estate tax form?

Yes, report the lease income from Form 1099-MISC as "Rent" on Schedule E under Rental Properties & Royalties in TurboTax. If you have any related expenses, these can be entered as Rental Expenses for your property.
