Claiming Energy efficient 45L tax credit using 8908 form for a new fourplex construciton

I have a new fourplex built and leased in 2019. I am currently getting the certification necessary to claim 45 L tax credit. How can I complete 8908 form with turbotax premier. Thanks!

Per the FAQ at https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/forms/help/which-irs-forms-are-not-included-in-turbotax/00/25551 the IRS Form 8908 is not included in TurboTax.

You will need to complete the form yourself and add it to the return using the FORMS mode in one of the TT Downloaded/CD  versions and then attach it to the paper return  you will need to mail.   

OR  ... efile without it ... then amend the return to add that form. Amended returns must be mailed in and will take 4 to 6 months to process but it is an option.
