Can you make sure the date entered is not 2021? Also, you can try logging out of your TurboTax account, clear cache and delete cookies. Then try logging back into your account and see if the issue still persist. You may also want to run updates if you are in TurboTax Desktop. If the issue still persist, please post here and let us know.
Date Acquired must be on or before Date Sold, even though some brokers do not abide by this RULE.
