Capital gains - stock sale

Sold stock last year ( Acquired 2001) and the sale did not have a cost basis or acquisition date, but I was able to determine when the stock was acquired and a cost basis, but when I  follow the prompts and put the information in it seems that Turbotax is calculating no capital gains on the stock sale. I believe that it is incorrect, but have tried multiple times to re-enter/document the stock sale, but keeps showing a 0 gain.

Have you reported that you corrected the Cost or other basis for the investment?

  1. Select The cost basis is incorrect or missing on my 1099-B.  Continue.
  2. At the screen We noticed there's an issue with your cost basis, select I know my cost basis and need to make an adjustment.  Continue.
