No. The cost of your own labor cannot be used as an expense on the rental property that you own.

And 2 thoughts.....Who is to say how much you can charge yourself? $100 per hour, 500 per hour or more? And then you would also have to claim that as your income so it would be a wash.
You can not deduct that which can not be taxed in the first place.
