2020 RSU 1099-B Reporting. In box 1-d Proceeds. Should this be "Net Proceeds"? Granted 76 shares, 19 sold to cover for taxes. Do I list the proceeds for all 76 or 19?

Do I list the Net proceeds in BOx 1D or the Proceeds only? Difference of sale of all 76 shares or 19 shares being deducted.

And I made the mistake of using the online version instead of downloadable and cannot see form 8949 to verify share surrender of tax coverage.

You list the proceeds from the 19 shares that were sold. The value of the entire 76 shares should have been included in your wages on your W-2. That value is your cost basis in your 76 shares.
