Are you saying that you can see the blue Review button but the software will not allow you to proceed? Are you using TurboTax Online or Desktop?
If this is the situation that you are experiencing in TurboTax Online, consider clearing cache and cookies. See this TurboTax Help here.
You may also consider closing out TurboTax and re-opening the software in a different browser.
You should be able to:
- Click Review to view the downloaded data.
- Click the pencil to the right to update missing cost and sales information.
- Click the trashcan to the right to remove the transaction information.
