Can't get our download started

Hi 
I tried to get Downloads by entering a license code but I got "Whoops! We hit a snag loading your data. Please try again." My partner purchased Download that should be able to be shared up to 5 devices. 
How can I find the download my partner purchased with my account?

Well you have to log into the same account that he downloaded from the first time and download it the same way.
