@Carol_3Clay We cannot see what software you are using. One guess.....we have seen users who buy the CD/download and then they accidentally log in and use online TurboTax by mistake. Where is your tool bar? Is on top of your screen or is it a vertical bar on in black on the left side?

I PURCHASED TURBOTAX PREMIER, AND IT WON'T LOAD ON MY COMPUTER. (i HAVE TRIED IT ON MY DESK TOP, AND ON A LAP TOP, BUT NOTHING, DIRECTIONS THAT CAM WITH THE DISC STATED THAT IT MIGHT TAKE UP TO 4 MINUTES FOR THE INSTALL PROMPTS TO APPEAR. I WAITED APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES THE FIRST TIME, AND 10 MINUTES THE SECOND TIME BUT STILL NOTHING. TO BE SURE THE DRIVE WAS WORKING CORRECTLY, I PLAYED 2 DIFFERENT MUSIC DISCS AND THEY BOTH WORKED FINE. PLEASE HELP!

I started my turbo tax and put in yes made money in another state, but needed to change it to no and now my screen won't move off of the screen when I click the continue button.

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
