Colorado Child Care Contribution Credit

There appears to be an error in the step by step program for the Colorado CCCC. The program says to input the information from line 3 of the form 1317 received from the recipient organization. Line 3 is the "gross" donation and the credit is supposed to be 50% of that amount. On my return it created a 100% tax credit which fortunately I caught before filing so I could override it in the Forms section.
