They would have to be US citizens, nationals or resident aliens or a resident of Canada or Mexico to qualify as dependents. Also, you would have to furnish over 1/2 half of their support for the entire year and they would need a social security or ITIN number.    From what you posted is seems they were the ones who were enrolled in the heath care plan, in which case they would be the ones who would enter the 1095-A form on their tax return.
Look at the worksheet and do the calculations yourself. See if anything changes.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing or the timing when the IRS releases your refund.    Your refund could be offset. The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.    The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.   Here are a few FAQs to help you track your refund: When will I get my federal tax refund? How do I track my state refund? Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"? Why do some refunds take longer than others? What if my IRS refund is taking longer than 21 days?

It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish.   If you did not support your mother financially, why are you trying to enter anything on your tax return about driving her around or about helping her at home?   Those are not deductible on your tax return--those are just things you do for your mom.   Please explain why you are trying to enter that your mom was blind and that you helped her around her home.
1099-S   from real esate taxes.  where does it go it makes no sence, because you put the total what it cost me goes there.
If you do NOT provide over one half of her support you cannot claim her as your dependent. The help you provided is not deductible but it is kindness you are giving to your Mom.
