The watermarks indicate that the form or forms weren't finalised.
This won't affect E-filed tax returns.
When the forms are finalized, you can print a new PDF without the watermark.

I received a 1099-C after I filed my returns. My returns were accepted so I am trying to file an amendment using the web based version if that matters. I can start the amendment and add my 1099-C but nowhere does it ask about or let me add a form 982 to claim insolvency. All it does is lead me to the end where I pay for TurboTax and submit. What am I missing?

If you received a "Success" message but your data hasn't appeared in TurboTax, it is likely due to recent browser security updates regarding Local Network Access.
To fix this you need to allow TurboTax to securely retrieve your data through your browser settings:
Locate the View Site Information icon (the "tune" or "lock" icon) on the far left of your address bar, just before the URL.
Find Local Network Access in the dropdown menu.
Toggle the switch to ON.
Refresh the page and attempt your import again.
What do I do when my data isn't imported into TurboTax Desktop even though it says successful import in my browser?
If permissions aren't the issue, one of the following factors may be at play:
Brokerage Delays: While most forms arrive by January 31, many brokerages delay Consolidated 1099s (like the 1099-B) until mid-February due to complex reporting requirements.
Availability: Your brokerage must specifically "release" the import file to TurboTax. If it isn’t ready, we recommend checking back.
Connection Blocks: Active VPNs or aggressive Anti-Virus software can occasionally block the import feature between your bank and TurboTax. Try disabling them temporarily or switching to a different browser.

The charitable deduction for standard deduction takers starts this year (2026), so it will be applied to next year's tax return, @wbradbur The return you are preparing now is for tax year 2025, so there is no deduction for standard deduction takers. Beginning with tax year 2026, if you do not itemize, you may deduct up to $1,000 ($2,000 if filing jointly) of your cash contributions to certain qualified organizations. See Topic 506

I appreciate the prompt response. However, I have checked the input on the 1095A form in TT. There are no zeros. Only blanks where they should be and my data in Columns A and B from the exchange Form 1095A for January to September. The Column C is also all blanks as I did not receive any APTC in 2025. These reported TT errors saying my Column A should be all blanks are preventing me from filing electronically. I need a fix fast.

Turbo Tax Desktop stopped opening for me. I have spent several hours with Turbo Tax Support and together we have run through all of the troubleshooting steps. TT Support finally sent my case to their investigations department 4 days ago, but I have had no further communication with them. Unfortunately, my tax return was almost done and the problem cropped up when I tried to open TT to finalize and file it. Have any of you been able to solve the problem? I am running Windows 11 and all of my other software is running fine.

I am using Turbotax Premier desktop. Under the estimated taxes section, under deductions and credits, to the question "How much of your 2024 estimated state taxes did you pay in 2025?" Turbotax has populated this with an amount carried forward from the previous year, and this mystery amount is apparently (the number matches exactly) taken from line 26 of my 2024 Illinois tax return. Line 26 was simply the total estimated taxes paid toward my 2024 state taxes, none of which was paid during 2025.. Has TurboTax made an error? My reading of what is required suggests it should only be amounts actually paid during 2025, not stuff paid during 2024. I owed some money that I paid with my state return in 2025, but all my estimated 2024 taxes were paid during 2024 (including my 4th installment). I am itemizing this year, so a correct answer is needed.

5 Days Early Option
If you don't get your deposit 5 days early, there is a few reasons why that might happen.
Your refund was offset or differed from their estimated refund amount, bringing the refund amount below the minimum threshold or above the maximum. What is a refund offset?
Your bank wouldn't accept RTP (Real Time Payments) or Same Day ACH deposits, preventing Intuit from depositing your refund 5 days ahead of when the IRS would have deposited your refund.
The IRS didn't give Intuit 5 or more days of notice in advance. This stopped Intuit from meeting the 5 days early expectations.
If TurboTax is unable to deliver the refund 5 days early, your order will be canceled and you won't be charged the 5-Day Early fee. You will receive a follow-up email with a refund and timing update, and if any cancellation is applicable.

The proper path for you to take with regard to your Form 1099-B and the supplemental data is to use both. Do not rely solely on one or the other because both are needed to find your true cost basis so that you don't overpay taxes.
To simplify, you do not need to match line items exactly. You need the total proceeds to match your Form 1099-B and you need your total adjusted basis to match your supplemental data.
First, enter all of the information provided on Form 1099-B as it appears on the form. Even if some of the cost basis is showing as zero (0) and you know this to be incorrect. The important thing is to make all of the entries so that what appears on your Form 8949 and Schedule D reflects exactly what was reported on the 1099-B.
Next, you will need to make the necessary adjustments by selecting the, "I need to adjust my total cost basis" box found just below the box where you enter the Total cost or other basis.
You can select from the boxes with different codes that appear, including for the wash sales you mentioned (Box W).
When making the adjustments, you will enter the differences between what was reported on the 1099-B and what is reported in the supplemental data.
As for your third option, it is a good idea to call the brokerage to ask about the big differences in the line items. The information they provide may help with your adjustments.
