We'd love to help you complete your tax return, but need more information. Can you please clarify your question? What state are you referring to?

Yes, you will need to file an FBAR if you file form 8938, since the max value of the account is likely over $10,000.  Canadian retirement accounts — including RRSPs and TFSAs — are explicitly treated as foreign financial accounts for FBAR purposes.   Here is a link to file an FBAR.

Thanks for the clarity, Now that it's getting clear that I have to file the tax on his behalf, the following questions came up: 1. What is the form for filing his taxes(1040...?XXX) 2. He does not have or had any income when he stayed with us during 2024, as we supported him 100%, How will I denote this situation to the IRS? 3. Is it too late for filing on his behalf? and He has to sign the form?( I believe so)

I already entered the correct information in the "State estimated taxes for 2025" section and filed. And received a letter from the Georgia Department of Labor stating that they have no record of me paying the estimated taxes. That's because the company paid them, but I can't figure out how to amend my state return to show that the company paid them.

it depends. You must report the highest balance each individual account reached at any point during the year, even if funds were transferred between accounts, causing double-counting. FBAR is informational, not taxable, so inflated totals due to transfers do not cause penalties. Report the max value per account, not the total net value

Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:   Log Out Completely: Before doing anything else, click Sign Out in the TurboTax menu. Clear Cache and Cookies: This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website. Use an Incognito (Private) Window: This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms. Check Pop-up Blockers: TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select "Always allow pop-ups from Intuit." Restart the Browser: Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.   Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.
What tax credit?  There are enhanced deductions such as no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, enhanced senior deduction, New car loan interest paid deduction.
To clarify, what tax credit are you referring to? There is more than one tax credit addressed in the bill.

You can get an Identity Protection pin here, or if you lost your IP PIN, you can go here to Retrieve IP PIN.    Here are two ways to navigate to the section to enter the 6 digit IP PIN:     Log in and open your return ("Take me to my return")  Once the return is open, then go to the Federal Taxes tab.  Subtab Other Tax Situations  Scroll down to Other Return Info.  Choose Identity Protection PIN and Start (or Revisit.)  Next screen asks:  "Did you or any of your dependents get an IP PIN from the IRS for this year's taxes?"  Or another way:  Open your return if not already open.  ("Take me to my return.")  Once the return is open, click at the top on MY ACCOUNT, then choose TOOLS.  In the Tools window choose TOPIC SEARCH.  Enter IP PIN without quotes.  In the selection list highlight IP PIN and click GO.  Next screen asks:  "Did you or any of your dependents get an IP PIN from the IRS for this year's taxes?"
