Your unemployment insurance benefits should have been reported on a Form 1099-G.  To report it in TurboTax Online, click on Search (magnifying glass icon) and type in "Unemployment", hit enter, then click on the "Jump to unemployment" link.  You'll land on a page that asks Did you receive unemployment or paid family leave benefits?"  Answer Yes.  If you received a Form 1099-G, indicate your received your benefits from "Government (Form 1099-G)".  Indicate whether or not you had to repay any of your benefits and Continue.  You can choose to upload your 1099-G or type it in yourself.

To enter your short-term rental with material participation in TurboTax Online 2025 and potentially deduct losses against your W-2 income, follow these steps: 1. Go to the Federal section and then select Wages & Income. 2. Scroll to Rental Properties and Royalties (Schedule E) and select Start or Revisit. 3. Enter your rental property details and income. 4. When asked about your participation, indicate that you materially participate in the rental. 5. Provide details on rental use, including your average stay being less than 7 days. TurboTax will then classify the rental properly and calculate allowable losses, which may offset your W-2 income.

You can find your electronic filing instructions as follows:   For TurboTax Online you can  Sign in to your TurboTax account, and  Go to Tax Tools   Go to Print Center   Select return type Select Print, save or preview this year's return, then  Select to include federal/state returns and worksheets.   If you have already filed: Click on Add a State (you won't actually add one) to re-enter the return and access the Print Center.  Look for your Electronic Filing Instructions   For TurboTax Desktop you can: Switch to Forms Mode by clicking the "Forms" icon in the top right of your TurboTax screen. In the left panel, scroll down the list of forms and  Click on Filing Inst page 1 and 2. Previously, line 38 had $300+ , and now it has $0 (see OP). Also, when I've filed amended returns in past, turbotax always generated a 1040-X. Now, there is no 1040-X in the forms, only a 1040.

To check the status of your TurboTax 5-day early deposit, monitor the IRS website to check the status of your return, the direct deposit should arrive 5 days before the date on the IRS page.  You will also get an email notification from TurboTax and you can  track the status in the deposit in your TurboTax account.
