It depends what state you live in. While there is no renter's credit on the federal level, the money you pay to rent the land beneath your mobile home is generally considered a qualifying expense for state-level renter's credits or rebates. Although you own the home itself, most states that offer these benefits, such as California, Minnesota, and Maryland, treat "lot rent" or "site fees" as the equivalent of traditional apartment rent because it is paid for the use of your primary residence's location.

I am having a similar problem. I have already filed a 1040, and now need to file an amended return. The 1040-X form is visible on-screen but will not print. The PDF shows two blank pages (where the form should be) followed by two pages of worksheets. I am using Windows desktop, and the software is up-to-date as of a few minutes ago. Please help?

Did you have non-deductible contributions to your IRA? If not, you don't need to enter a value here. In the IRA contribution interview, there's a question asking if you made non-deductible contributions, and if so, you're asked for a year-end balance. This info will go to Line 18 of the IRA Information Worksheet, then to Line 6 on Form 8606. If you haven't yet received Form 5498, use your year-end account balance.
Here's more info on Form 8606 and IRA Year End Balance.

If your daughter is still your dependent, and you marked that she was a dependent on another return, she will not be able to claim the education credit on her return. If she is your dependent, you will need to claim her education expenses on your return.
To enter your education expenses in TurboTax follow these steps:
Login to your account
Go to Tax Home and then Deductions & Credits
Scroll down to Education Credits, select Edit
Go through all the questions, one wrong answer could have disqualified you from the credit. For more information on education credits and their requirements see the TurboTax help article:

I have a second, part-time job where I receive a 1099-NEC that is for 100% gratuities. For 2024 I had to purchase an upgraded version of turbo tax to add a 1099-NEC. What version do I need to purchase if I’m solely entering the 1099-NEC as tax free gratuities? Do I still need to purchase the updated version?

In order to add the missing 1099-MISC, you'll need to amend your return to add. it. You should wait until the return is fully processed. If you are expecting a refund and are amending for an additional refund, the IRS states you should wait until you've received the original refund.
Log in to TurboTax, go to Tax Home, scroll down to your tax returns & documents, select the year you want to amend. Then select the Amend (change) return drop-down. Choose Amend using TurboTax Online.
Here is some more information on filing amendments: How to File an Amended Tax Return with the IRS
The 1099-MISC input area is in Federal > Wages & Income > Other Common Income> Form 1099-MISC

Thank you for your response. I am already reporting on my 2025 return that I made excess contribution to my 2025 HSA (As per my understanding I will be charged 6% annually if I do not do that). That means turbotax is already calculating excess contribution amount as part of my total income. My confusion is that if I wait for 1099-SA until next year, the excess contribution will be used again while calculating total income for 2026, so I will be paying taxes on that amount in 2026 as well. So, if possible I want to get it done this year itself as I know the correct amount and read somewhere I do not need to wait for the 1099-SA.
